As a member of the creative department, the incumbent will collaborate with a copywriter in the creative department to ideate, create, and deliver the visual elements of advertisements as a cohesive product across various media platforms for clients.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Interpret creative briefs and translate them into visually compelling concepts and designs.
  • Collaborate with copywriters to develop integrated creative ideas that align with the client's objectivesPresent ideas and concepts to colleagues and clients in a captivating and engaging manner.
  • Engage with colleagues and clients, utilizing your human empathy and intelligence to understand and address their needs.
  • Create visually stunning and impactful designs that evoke emotional connections and resonate with the target audience.
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of design deliverables, maintaining high standards throughout the creative process.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, pop culture, and technological advancements to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
  • Demonstrate passion, creativity, and a strong dedication to delivering exceptional work.

Professional Skills:
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's or Diploma relating to graphics design, fine arts, marketing, media or other related courses.
  • Proven experience as an Art Director or similar role, showcasing a portfolio of outstanding design work.
  • Proficiency in design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong passion for creativity and a genuine love for clever and beautiful creative work.
  • Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative ideas that surpass machine-generated designs.
  • Solid understanding of creative concepts and proficiency in digital production.
  • Strong visual conceptualization skills with the ability to translate ideas into impactful advertisements.
  • Sound knowledge of digital production processes and experience in through-the-line conceptualization.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Awareness of trends and developments in design, materials, techniques, and technology.
  • Application of consumer trends and cultural insights in the creative process.
  • Excellent project management skills, ensuring efficient execution and delivery of projects.
