We're on the lookout for a Senior Designer to join our team in São Paulo.

About you

As a Senior Designer, your role is to produce exceptional design solutions that exceed client expectations and uphold the high creative standards of our business. Your portfolio is rich with experience in FMCG, Drinks, Health, Beauty, and/or Personal Care sectors, showcasing your ability to create impactful work for big international brands. While award-winning work is not a must, it's always delightful to see your commitment to creative excellence.

You are more than just a visual thinker; you understand the power of words, sound, and motion in bringing your ideas to life. You distinguish between decoration and creative problem-solving, ensuring that your designs not only look good but also solve real-world challenges.

Your leadership style is inspiring yet unobtrusive, allowing you to guide junior team members without overshadowing them. As a mentor, you play a crucial role in nurturing the next generation of designers in our team. You're always open to new ideas and thrive in genuine partnerships with colleagues and clients.

In this role, your overarching aim is to ensure that Design Bridge continues to lead in its field. By maximizing creative opportunities as they appear, you help us stay at the forefront of the industry. About the position
  • To have ownership of all your projects and bring strategic creative understanding to bear on them, ensuring that the client's needs are understood, met and wherever possible exceeded, leading to the growth of our business through the development of long-term relationships with our clients.
  • To work with the Client Director/Manager and the Design Director to ensure that the creative brief is challenged and challenging and provides the design team with a clear and inspirational direction for the work.
  • To provide direction for more junior members of the team on the project (especially your allocated 'mentee') as it progresses through the various stages ensuring that all work presented is on brief in line with Design Bridge's values - insightful, confident, inspirational and intuitive - and delivered in a unique way.
  • To ensure that our work at all stages of the process meets or exceeds the clients' objectives where possible - acting as a true consultant rather than a reactive supplier - challenging and interpreting feedback wherever appropriate in an intelligent, informed way.
  • To ensure that work is presented to our clients professionally and with conviction, supported by a clear rationale and recommendation.
  • Ensure that your projects follow company procedures on archiving, back up and purchasing. Champion these procedures with more junior members of the team, especially your allocated 'mentee'.


Your Skills
  • Training course in Graphic Design, Digital Design or Marketing
  • Experience in FMCG, Drinks, Luxury and/or Health
  • Ensuring that designs are implemented to the highest standard, accurately and according to the designers' brief.
  • Taking responsibility for the profitability of artwork phases of projects.
