About the Role

As Strategy Director, Culture & PR, you'll be a key strategy leader within the Ogilvy PR, Social & Influence US business. As an expert in earned-first creativity, earned media, social media, and influencer marketing, you'll partner closely with the Executive Creative Director, PR to drive creative work across our portfolio of clients and create cultural impact.

We are looking for someone who is deeply tapped into culture and passionate about the power of an earned-first approach to connect meaningfully with communities and drive business impact.

What You'll Do
  • Develop clear and inspiring creative briefs for new business and current clients.
  • Partner with creatives to concept, explore and push the work.
  • Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research via focus groups, brainstorming sessions and one-on-one interviews.
  • Develop strategic and tactical creative communications plans.
  • Provide input throughout the creative development process to ensure all client deliverables are "on strategy".
  • Monitor and adapt programs in real-time with data-based recommendations.
  • Design for effectiveness and implement measurement strategies.
  • Help create a culture of earned-first creative excellence within the PR, Social & Influence business.
  • Work in tandem with the PR, Social & Influence leadership team to lead new business pursuits.
  • Work on a diverse range of projects within a fast-paced, agile creative environment.
  • Build strong and trusting relationships with top clients within PR, Social & Influence client portfolio.
  • Demonstrate a sharp POV on the principles of earned-first creativity, social media, and influencer marketing.

What You'll Need
  • 8+ years of experience.
  • Evidence of earned-first creative ability/talent (e.g., book of work).
  • Experience working within PR and/or Social-first agencies.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms and influencer/creator collaborations
  • Deep understanding of multi-platform thinking and techniques as well as a desire to create innovative work
  • Strong client-facing experience and presentation skills.
  • Experience of problem-solving and expertise in how to come to creative solutions.
  • A strong commitment to delivering high impact work on time and on budget.

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. Pay Range

$75,000-$180,000 USD
