About the Role

The Account Manager exhibits the potential skills of the account management discipline. Understands the agency portfolio of offerings and how to apply them to solve client business problems. Partners and owns the relationship with clients at the most junior levels. You are an agency driver that works to keep the agency operations moving along.

You are responsible for delivering impactful experiences, across multiple touchpoints: from mobile apps and websites to immersive experiences and the underlying tech platforms that powers them.
Key requirements:
  • Buil long-term relationship with clients and partners
  • Investigate and determine cleint wants and needs.
  • Drive account activities to completion, with oversight.
  • Build expertise on a brand's competitive digital landscape.
  • Collaborate effectively with Strategic Planning, Creative, Digital Production/Digital Partners units.
  • Capable of writing creative briefs
  • Oversee plan development, execution, and follow-up
  • Present, recommend digital solutions, partner with the right experts within and outside of the company network
  • Prepare and present effectiveness of digital projects
  • Keep abreast with new trends in digital technology


Qualifications:
  • 3-4 years of experience in communications or related field with track record
  • In-depth knowledge of online marketing tools and technology
  • Solid understanding and knowledge of social media platforms and website development process
  • Good analytics skills, comfortable working with data. Ability to demonstrate creativity in data analysis and understanding.
  • Professional writing skills, strong presentation capabilities
  • A team player and can work independently
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Digital & Social media enthusiast with an established understanding of the wider digital communications landscape
  • Bachelor's degree with a major in digital marketing, communications, advertisement, media, digital, data & analytics is a plus
