ROLE

Are you passionate about influencer marketing and social media? Do you have a strong understanding of the influencer landscape, social media trends, and pop culture? If so, we want you to join our team as an Influence Executive!

As an Influence Executive, you will take an active role in all aspects of influencer marketing projects. You will be responsible for creating influence concepts and strategies, identifying influencers and content creators, building relationships with them, defining KPIs, tracking performance, and analyzing results. You will also leverage your knowledge of social media to support brands both online and offline.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be at the forefront of the fast-paced and constantly evolving world of influencer marketing. You will play a crucial role in supporting the Influencer Marketing Practice Lead and the team and managing influencer campaigns from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Collaborating with the Influencer Marketing Practice Lead and his team to develop innovative and effective influencer marketing strategies that align with clients' objectives
  • Taking ownership of influencer campaigns, from concept development to influencer selection, campaign management, monitoring, and reporting
  • Staying up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and industry news to ensure campaigns are cutting-edge and ahead of the curve.
  • Developing a deep understanding of the creator market and identifying relevant talents for campaigns.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with influencers and creators and managing day-to-day communication with them
  • Being a social media enthusiast with a strong understanding of the wider digital communications landscape


PROFILE
  • 1-2 years experience in influencer campaign management. Previous experience in an advertising agency is a plus.
  • Extensive knowledge of Belgian social media landscape and beyond.
  • Proficient in English both written and spoken. Dutch or French proficiency is a plus.
  • Passionate about quickly evolving digital and social media environment.
  • Strong organizational skills & attention to detail.
  • Enthusiastic team-player. Curious to grow & learn. Flexible and open to work in an agile environment. Hands-on.
  • Eye for innovation and the next emerging platform to consider as part of an influencer strategy.
