Hogarth is looking for an Project Manager / Asset Manager Trainee
What does an Project Manager / Asset Manager Traineedo at Hogarth?

The Project Manager / Digital Asset Manager Trainee will lead projects and direct support for an enterprise DAM platform servicing a global client. This role will be tasked with managing large volume of assets across multiple brands within this client and working across our teams.
Duties:
  • Coordination of local and regional teams (Agencies Users).
  • Maintenance and enforcement of the content taxonomy/naming conventions, as well as participation in the initial creation of the taxonomy.
  • Follow-up and supervision of uploads within the DAM platform.
  • Follow-up and updating of processes within the DAM platform.
  • Development and standardization of processes generated around and through the DAM platform.
  • Resolution and follow-up of problems associated to the DAM platform workflows.
  • Review and maintenance of metadata structure.
  • Update of metadata request.
  • Tracking of files shared.
  • Update status tracker of tasks.
  • Generation and development of structures for new groups.
  • Receipt and follow-up of material requisitions for reuse.
  • Analysis and redirection of local/regional requests according to deliverable.
  • Will support in the transition of technology, helping create new documents such as User Guides, etc., same as supporting with the general communication and files auditing.
  • Identify and flag where planned uploads have not arrived (delivery dates missed by uploader).
Requirements:
  • Currently enroll at Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Design or related.
  • Basic knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
  • Knowledge on digital asset formats (video, images, etc.) and clear METADATA (simple).
  • Handling of Microsoft Office 365, Smart Sheet, etc.
  • Advanced English - excellent oral/written skills.
  • A plus if have experience using DAM platforms.
