POSITION OVERVIEW Embark on an exciting journey with us as a Community Manager, playing a pivotal role in shaping and amplifying our brand's online presence. As a crucial team member, you will mold our digital identity by crafting compelling content, fostering engagement, and staying abreast of social media trends. Your creative prowess will be the driving force behind innovative campaigns, while your strategic acumen ensures our brand remains pertinent and influential. Seize the opportunity not just to manage but to lead, collaborating seamlessly across functions to propel our brand forward in the ever-evolving social landscape. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Maintain all of the brand's social pages, actively responding to user comments/queries and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Stay updated on changes in social media algorithms, policies, new products, and platform updates, and disseminate relevant information to the team.
  • Recommend and implement new strategies to enhance social media efforts based on platform updates and changes in user behavior.
  • Extract KPI reports via administrator access from the platforms, ensuring continuous optimization of strategy and creative assets.
  • Prepare comprehensive monthly reports detailing key metrics, insights, and learnings to facilitate informed decision-making and optimized strategies.
  • Monitor user behavior and social conversation, identifying cultural opportunities and trends to engage with in real-time.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop timely, effective, and relevant creative that aligns with overall marketing and business goals.
  • Develop and co-ideate monthly content briefings for engaging and shareable content, overseeing content rollout and scheduling across platforms.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
  • Passion for social media and a keen desire to delve into its marketing intricacies.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, with a specific focus on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and more.
  • Ability to craft clear, compelling copy in the brand's tone of voice.
  • Experience in community management.

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $50,000 to $70,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
