Associate Design Director, New York

The role

As an Associate Design Director, you'll collaborate closely with creative leads to originate and bring to life fresh ideas for a major global brand. Your focus will be on developing and executing captivating campaigns across OOH, digital, print, social and experiential platforms, aligning with strategic goals.

Your attention to detail, passion for innovation, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential. You must stay updated on industry trends and cultural references that will help this global brand be loud and brave in a busy sector, reinforcing the brand's relevance and resonance.

Key responsibilities:

• Able to demonstrate comfort and creativity with a range of brands, channels and a breadth of visual styles. They should be able to show a portfolio which would inspire the rest of the team, with a number of stand-out projects.
• Be fairly self-sufficient; able to lead other designers or small teams to execute their vision, and be able to interpret direction from the creative leadership.
• Have a clear and compelling presentation style and be able to clearly articulate their creative vision to colleagues and to clients.
• Contributing innovative ideas, and ensuring brand messaging cohesion are key
• Have a sharp eye for detail and be able to finish work to a very high standard themselves.

The pay range for this role is $140,000-$165,000 . Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local cost of labor. Salary is subject to change based on factors such as geographic location and cost of living in location of hire.
