What you'll do
  • Play a crucial role in enabling data-driven decision-making. Support our clients in making confident, impactful brand strategy and design choices to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate on projects with Strategy, Client Services, and Design teams to create world-class, agile brands that unlock business growth and provide quantifiable predictions for the performance and business benefits of our solutions and recommendations.
  • Serve our clients for ad hoc consulting projects, including but not limited to brand strategy, brand equity, brand-led business case modeling, brand valuation, and setting financial KPIs.
  • Execute the data analytics strategy for projects, synthesizing insights, determining priorities, and identifying information gaps to help inform brand strategy, working independently or coordinating with team members.
  • Collaborate in defining and create brand-led business cases, financial models, and value propositions for industry-leading brands seeking to understand brand and/or business transformation.
  • Support the management of supplier agency relationships to ensure successful project delivery and proper framework setup.
  • Nurture a positive culture inside the Team and across the Network

What you'll need
  • Previous experience in a similar role with knowledge on how insight and analytics play their part in supporting brands' growth.
  • Basic experience in translating insights from research and data into recommendations on client brand, business strategies and stories
  • Familiarity with a variety of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, tools, and approaches.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, allowing you collaborating with individuals from various disciplines outside of the Brand Performance realm and clients.
  • Proficient in English and native/bilingual in Spanish or Italian, bonus for any other fluent language.
