Supervisor, Client Finance - Join Our Dynamic Team at CMI Media Group!

CMI Media Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor, Client Finance to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our Media organization by overseeing the Client Finance team, ensuring smooth workflow, exceeding client expectations, and maximizing team productivity.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and inspire: Provide leadership and guidance to the Client Finance team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Financial Management: Independently develop client scope of work (SOW) contracts, manage budgets, and ensure accurate billing practices.
• Team Development: Conduct training sessions, identify staffing needs, and oversee performance assessments and professional development for the team.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and quality of deliverables within the Client Finance department.
• Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to review budget status, staffing needs, and ensure seamless project execution.

What You'll Bring:

• Education: Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in financial management, media, or a related field. Prior management experience in the marketing/communications industry is highly desirable.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of online and offline media functions (Media Planning, SEO, SEM, Programmatic Media Buying, Social, Analytics, Technology, etc.). Proficiency in Excel and project management tools.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to motivate and mentor a team, provide constructive feedback, and foster a positive work environment.
