QUALIFICATIONS

  • Completed undergraduate or graduate education in marketing, communication, advertising, or media
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in influencer marketing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in influencer marketing operations and reporting platforms
  • Experience in exploring and researching evolving social media trends
  • Customer-oriented, committed to following innovative practices and technological developments to enhance processes
  • Effective in creative idea development processes
  • Capable of managing stress
  • Analytical thinking, reporting, and data analysis skills
  • Possessing creative and innovative thinking skills
  • Proficient in MS Office programs
  • Proficient in English

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Preparation of suggestion lists for influencer campaigns, daily performance monitoring, and management
  • Contacting influencers and influencer agencies to request budgets, create campaign concepts, and manage operations
  • Requesting and processing documents related to current accounts for campaign processes
  • Ensuring adherence to best practices in operational tasks, including attending events and shoots as needed
  • Transfer of innovations from the global team and all details about the brand identity to the team
  • Building strong internal relationships among the entire team, client connections, publishers, and other agencies
  • Ensuring end-to-end campaign management by participating in briefing processes
  • Gaining proficiency in using the GOAT tool and utilizing it in campaign processes
  • Analyzing customer needs and taking appropriate actions based on KPIs
  • Providing solutions and suggestions on campaign needs, ideas, audience approaches, etc
  • Conducting competitor analyses
  • Organizing brand sponsorships and activations
  • Presenting monthly proactive campaign concepts and special day projects for brands, and managing them after approval
  • Communicating with the Finance and Accounting Department to reconcile monthly accounts and track invoices
  • Monitoring campaign results during broadcasts and taking necessary actions to achieve campaign goals through optimizations
