Mindshare is seeking a driven and solution-focused Client Manager who thrives on working closely with clients and excels at delivering exceptional communication solutions. You have a passion for leading and inspiring a team of channel specialists across online and offline media, you will craft innovative strategies tailored to your clients' needs. You'll oversee all aspects of campaigns, from brief, planning and execution to analysis and optimization.

Leveraging your deep understanding of clients' businesses and the dynamic media landscape, you will lead operational assignments, driving the development of cutting-edge media strategies with your dedicated team.

• A broad understanding of the digital and traditional media (online/offline) ecosystem, and the synergies between them.
• The ability to see both the big picture and the details in what you and your team are expected to deliver, understanding the importance of both.

What experience do we expect you to have?

• You have experience (minimum 4 years) in project management work, either from an agency, media, or client side.
• You are well-versed in digital communication and have a strong understanding of the digital ecosystem, but also have experience in other media types and the synergies between them.
• You are used to independently managing and developing assignments and getting your team on board.
• You are a good presenter with strong social skills and are an excellent communicator.

It is also an advantage if you...

• Have a background in digital media planning.
• Have a degree in economics or equivalent from a college/university.
