The Role We are looking for an Account Director to join the Mindshare team to lead communication goals and act as the vital conduit between multiple internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the seamless day-to-day management of clients, projects and relationships. You will have responsibility for running a portfolio of some of the world's leading brands to deliver best in class client service, media and marketing planning expertise, operational acceleration and bigger picture digital leadership. This role will be key in building strong relationships with multiple local markets and working together to deliver best in class campaigns. You'll be able to manage the complexities of working with different creative disciplines, agency mixes and be the invaluable trusted, considered and approachable 'doer' in the team. You'll need to demonstrate skills working across several different project types and you'll be expected to get to grips with things quickly. There is frequent high-level client contact, and you'll be the face of Mindshare to a major client. You will lead the client relationship while also being responsible for maintaining the quality of contracted services. With a strong sense of professional curiosity and interested in developing your knowledge of issues within the digital and media industry, you'll provide a knowledgeable point of view on matters that are currently being debated and that directly impact our client's broader business.
