As a Account Manager, you'll bridge the gap between Microsoft's internal teams and partners across various EMEA markets. Your role is to ensure that partner requests are handled smoothly and efficiently, providing the necessary information, answering questions, and resolving issues with precision and care.

What you will do?

  • Assist Microsoft partners with enrollment and launches across different Microsoft solutions, including Azure, Modern Work, Security, and BizzApps.
  • Help partners navigate internal tools, from login issues to document uploads and ticket submissions.
  • Manage escalations by opening tickets with corporate support teams, facilitating communication between partners and internal teams, and ensuring issues are resolved.
  • Understand the specifics of Microsoft partner programs across the EMEA region to provide accurate support.
  • Work closely with internal teams and partners to ensure timely handling of all requests.
  • Maintain ongoing communication between partners and internal teams, including regular calls.
  • Keep a record of partner interactions and report your activities on a monthly basis.
  • Adhere to communication guidelines, policies, and procedures.

What you will need?

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking abilities.
  • Proactive in identifying and resolving issues.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible and resilient in adapting to changing situations.
  • Experience in client service or customer support is a plus.
