About the Role

VML is looking for a Bilingual Account/Project Manager who is well versed in digital project management executions to help launch and maintain a New-to-Market Online Platform.

Our ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, resourceful, and comfortable interacting with internal stakeholders, outside vendors, and multiple clients. This role requires client service skills, problem resolution skills, experience in managing digital projects, and retail automotive dealer experience, and excellent verbal and written communication in both French & English.

You Will

  • Provide online Client Support within broad business hours to respond to Ford Dealer questions and help diagnose any platform process/use issues - English & French - Administrative and operational support.
  • Work with the Agency platform team to manage the clients and liaise with the development team as needed, and process solutions to communicate promptly to Ford Dealers.
  • Establish engagement frameworks with dealer clients and drive accountability for solutions to their issues while ensuring quality of service for the platform.
  • Stay engaged with the agency team in multiple weekly status meetings, participate in planning sessions, and document dealer issues/resolutions.
  • Consult with Agency teams across Creative, Production and Accounts, to ensure cohesion in approach to platform requirements.
  • Maintain and support all company standards as specified within the Quality Management System.
  • Perform other Account/Project Management responsibilities as assigned.


Knowledge and Skills:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French
  • Current Experience with Automotive Retail Dealer Marketing Management
  • 5+ years client service/project management experience, including customer service logs and conflict resolution.
  • Understanding or self-education on platform design/architecture, website content management, and dynamic creative technologies - i.e., Digital platform understanding and acumen.
  • Maintain excellent project status documentation and communicate relevant information of all support activities including scheduling and budgeting to internal and external parties.
  • Experience within a creative environment - preferably at a creative advertising agency - would be beneficial.
  • An understanding of usage rights and legal considerations within the advertising field
  • Project Management training is considered an asset.
